Beware of Facebook Scammers
Many of you may have noticed apps on Facebook which promise to reveal those friends who have been viewing your profile. These apps are bogus so please don’t be fooled.

Google Buzz – Will it be a hit?
Google announced the launch of Google Buzz this week. Google Buzz is the new social network that they are hoping will take on the likes of Facebook. Buzz is based around Google’s Gmail service and will allow users to share information, photos, videos and messages with each other, as well as see what is happening around them via their mobiles. Ok, while this may not be anything new, Google said that moving into this area was vitally important to the company’s future.
Facebook Security
In December Facebook made some changes to their privacy settings and many people are still unaware of their current settings and what to do about them. So what changes were made? Well, users are no longer allowed to restrict access to their profile photos and the list of pages they have subscribed to updates from. The list of any Facebook user’s friends were made public but after an extremely negative reaction to this, users were given a way to hide those lists from human view and leave them visible only to machine access.
